I have been practicing meditation since I learned 22 years ago. Since then, I understood the merit of meditation and the posture of meditation. I love to have half an hour meditation each day from my busy household errands, I felt that I have more patience after the practice to deal with my three children with all different issues each day. But even I have quiet down my body and my mind, I do not know how to quiet down my soul. With 3/17 one day meditation, I was lucky to hear from Master talking about how to settle our Body, our Mind then our soul, it helps me to understand how to deepen my mind and my soul for the next level. Thank you DDM Fremont meditation center and all the volunteers there to give me such a wonderful opportunity to revisit my meditation practice and improve it.
