In this presentation, Dr. Lin will first explore the art of personal thriving, drawing on the timeless wisdom of Zen philosophy to discover inner peace, purpose, and resilience. Then, we'll explore how this inner fulfillment can extend beyond ourselves, enriching our relationships and fostering a deeper connection with those in our lives. Join us in this exploration of balance, mindfulness, and the profound potential for growth within and among us.
